B2B Sales Executive

As a B2B salesperson, you'll be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and networking to closing deals and maintaining client relationships. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and prior sales experience, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and effectively engaging potential customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed forecasted sales goals by managing the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Source leads, conduct outreach via calls and emails, and qualify prospects.
  • Propose and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and meet objectives.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and communication is consistent.
  • Conduct product demos, addressing customer questions and concerns to secure deals.
  • Provide weekly reports on locations covered, clients visited, and sales outcomes.
  • Successfully negotiate and close multiple deals, contributing to overall revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities through thorough research of the target industry.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Represent the company at local and national exhibitions, fostering business growth.
  • Territory Management: Oversee B2B sales operations within assigned territories or industries, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Job Requirements – Qualification & Experience

  • Reliable transportation, strong relationship-building, and proven B2B sales experience
  • Proficient in Office Suite, ambitious, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and competitive nature.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, both inside and outside, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or sales preferred, or equivalent experience



Admin Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing invoicing, coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams for deliveries, ensuring compliance with trade licenses and contracts, and supporting key account management through effective data management and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all transactions are accurately invoiced on time
  • Work with the warehouse and drivers for timely deliveries and prepare daily cash and delivery reports with the Accounts team.
  • Manage and organize trade licenses and contracts for Key Accounts, keeping them up to date and compliant.
  • Update outlet records in the Pep-Up system, Masterfile, and key account outlet list.
  • Download and distribute LPOs from Spinneys, Carrefour, and similar sites to the sales team, prioritizing by area and urgency.
  • Keep a monthly date code file for all products, including brand, SKU, and barcode, using the FIFO method, while working closely with the warehouse team to ensure precise inventory tracking and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in operations, invoicing, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.



Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and competitive Retail Sales Associate to assist customers in identifying and purchasing the products they desire. This role involves delivering high-quality customer service, restocking merchandise, and contributing to store growth through effective sales strategies. The goal is to foster customer satisfaction and support company growth through maximized sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong engagement with merchandise.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and offer tailored recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly sales floor and uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Present promotions and upsell products to increase purchase values.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding service and proactive problem-solving.
  • Keep the store fully stocked, ensuring all products are neatly displayed and well-organized.
  • Actively participate in receiving new shipments, managing inventory, and staying informed on new products.
