RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At My Vapery your satisfaction is guaranteed. The return & exchange is subject to the following terms and conditions.
For Return & Exchange of products, Customer to visit any nearest MyVapery Store in UAE Click here for stores, call My Vapery Helpline Number (+97143331204), or e-mail us at customercare@myvapery.com for assistance.
- The products should be accompanied with a valid proof of purchase.
- The products must be unopened, with all the original packaging intact. Once the product is opened or used, then refund or exchange is not applicable due to hygiene and personal safety.
- Any unopened product bought from MyVapery online or My Vapery stores can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Refund of products purchased through credit/debit card will be refunded ONLY to the same credit/debit card used for the transaction or cash within My Vapery stores.
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 1-year warranty on the device only. If the device is faulty it can be exchanged up to 1 year from the Original purchase invoice date
- A Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty
- If the products show signs of damage due to misuse or wear and tear, they will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. (Liquid and physical damages are not covered under warranty).
- Warranty does not apply to Disposables, E-Liquids & accessories.
- MyVapery reserves the right to accept or neglect any claim.
